2. Click on the Profile Icon on the top right corner beside the 'Research Support Centre'.

3. Key in your Login ID and Password.

4a. For A*STAR and non-A*STAR existing users who login for the first time after the upgrade transition, please find your new login ID and activation link in an activation email sent to your inbox/junk mail by noreply@rscastar.microsoft.com on 7 September 2020. 

4b. For new user, to register:

Step 1: Key in the type of equipment of interest & the related terms will appear in the dropdown list.

Step 2: After you press 'Enter' to proceed with the search, it will bring you to a transition page.

Step 3: A list of platform providers of the equipment will appear with the most relevant platform at the top of the list. It will tell you how many matching platforms providing the searched equipment of interest or equipment related to the searched terms. At each search result, it will also show the number of matching equipment.

Then, select the relevant platform to find out more details of the equipment provided.

Step 4: In the platform page, you will see a list of equipment related to your search. Select the preferred equipment to find out more.

Step 5: A brief description about the equipment will appear at the right panel.

Step 6: To find out more details that are not shown on the page, you can submit an enquiry to the platform.

Or, you can contact the platform/equipment experts by calling or emailing them directly with the key contact details listed.

Monday to Friday (Except public holiday)

9am - 5pm ( avoid 12pm to 1.30pm)

- For external (non-A*STAR) users, please bring along the company stamp to stamp on RSC's Delivery Order (DO) during collection.

- For A*STAR users, company stamp is not required.

2) Delivery is applicable across whole of Singapore main island.

Users are required to provide the web order number(s) or the SO number(s) upon collection.

Ready available items will be delivered within 5 working days upon receiving the Ready for Collection email.

For A*STAR users, the purchasing limit is fixed by the RI’s procurement policy.
The web order will be routed to the appropriate personnel (PI, Finance) for approval if necessary.
The maximum purchasing limit is SGD $90,000.

For External users, the purchasing limit is SGD $3,000.
