Each kit contains:
• CellTiter 96® AQueous One Solution Reagent (G358C, 1 x 4 ml)
A colorimetric method for determining number of viable cells in proliferation, cytotoxicity assays. The "add-incubate-measure" format enables design of homogeneous high-throughput screening assays. The reagent is provided as a single solution, filter sterilized and ready to add to assay plates. The assay can be performed in 96-well plates with no washing or cell harvesting. It also eliminates solubilization steps with organic solvent normally required for MTT assays.
