GoTaq® DNA Polymerase: for improved amplification with the convenience of reaction buffers (5XGoTaq® Green & Colorless Reaction Buffers) containing MgCl2 at conc. of 7.5mM, giving a final concentration of 1.5mM in the 1X reaction. Use the green reaction buffer for direct-to-gel analysis after amplification.
