Each kit contains:
• GoTaq® Hot Start Colorless Master Mix, 2X (M513C, 1 x 25 ml)
• Nuclease-Free Water (P119C, 1 x 25 ml)
Premixed, ready-to-use solutions containing GoTaq Hot Start Polymerase, magnesium, dNTPs and buffer. Simply add your template, water and primers. Colorless reaction buffer is useful for instances where the dyes in the Green Buffer may interfere with post-amplification analysis such as fluorescence or absorbance testing
