• Human Genomic DNA (G304B, 1 x 30 ug)
• GoTaq® Long PCR Master Mix, 2X (M402A, 2 x 1.25 ml)
• Long PCR Control Primer Pair (M412A, 1 x 50 ul)
This optimized enzyme mixture allows efficient amplification of up to 40kb from lambda DNA or 30kb from human genomic DNA. It provides consistently efficient, accurate and robust performance for long DNA amplicons.
