Each kit contains:
• GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix, 2X (A600A, 25 x 1 ml)
• CXR Reference Dye (C541A, 5 x 100 ul)
• Nuclease-Free Water (P119E, 10 x 13 ml)
For use in real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR and RT-qPCR). It contains BRYT™ Green, a proprietary fluorescent DNA binding dye that exhibits greater fluorescence enhancement upon binding to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) than SYBR Green I. Direct substitute for SYBR Green I master mix.
