gDNA from selected species are purified, and > 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size as measured by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The DNA is suitable for Southern blot hybridizations, genomic analysis (including PCR), and genomic library construction. Human Genomic DNA comes from multiple anonymous donors.
