Keratinocyte-SFM (serum-free medium) is optimized for the growth and maintenance of human keratinocytes and other types of epithelial cells without the need for a feeder layer of cells. Keratinocyte-SFM is a complete serum-free medium when supplemented with human recombinant Epidermal Growth Factor (rEGF) and Bovine Pituitary Extract (BPE) at the time of use. Both rEGF and BPE are not included for this catalogue number.
