• Luciferase Assay Substrate (E151A, 1 x 1 vial)
• Luciferase Assay Buffer (E152A, 1 x 10 ml)
• Cell Culture Lysis 5X Reagent (E153A, 1 x 30 ml)
Luciferase Assay System (E1500, E4030, E4550) is sensitive and convenient method for determining the level of luciferase expression in cells transfected with Luciferase Reporter Vectors. The reaction catalyzed by luciferase is the oxidation of beetle luciferin with concomitant production of a photon. This light production can be quantitated using a luminometer or a scintillation counter.
