• 2X Rapid Ligation Buffer (C671A, 1 x 200 ul)
• JM109 Competent Cells, High Efficiency (L200A, 6 x 200 ul)
For cloning of PCR products (TA cloning). The cut plasmid has single 3´-T overhangs to greatly improve the efficiency of ligation of a PCR product. JM109 Competent Cells & 2X Rapid Ligation Buffer included, allowing reactions to be completed in 1hr at room temp. The multiple cloning site is flanked by recognition sites for the RE BstZI, EcoRI and NotI, allowing release of the insert by a single-enzyme digestion.
