PureYield Plasmid Miniprep for isolation of transfection-grade plasmid DNA in 10 minutes. Obtain up to 15?g of plasmid DNA from 600?l to 3ml of bacteria culture. The unique Endotoxin Removal Wash removes substantial amounts of protein, RNA and endotoxin contaminants from purified plasmid DNA.
