Conc. 40u/ul. This ribonuclease/RNase inhibitor has been tested in RT-PCR, is compatible with quantitative real-time RT-PCR in TaqMan® assay. It offers increased resistance to oxidation over the human version of the protein. It's a recombinant mammalian RNase inhibitor, expressed as soluble protein in E. coli. The protein is capable of inhibiting eukaryotic RNases similarly to human placental RNase inhibitor.
