High Throughput Phenomics (HTP) by EARO@EDDC

Quantify the Most Subtle Changes in Cellular Morphology

The High Throughput Phenomics (HTP) platform specializes in image-based assay and caters to drug discovery projects involving cell-based assays. It combines automated imaging and quantitative data analysis in a high-throughput format suitable for large-scale applications such as drug discovery and systems biology. Several focused and diversity compound libraries of over 300,000 curated compounds are available for screening.

HTP also supports access to many of the listed high throughput instruments for independent operation by external users on a pay-per-use basis.
