Allostery Platform by Bioinformatics Institute (BII)

TOWARDS DESING OF ALLOSTERIC PROTEINS/ DRUGS AND EXPLORING ALLOSTERIC EFFECT OF MUTATIONS

Allostery Platform by Bioinformatics Institute (BII) focuses on computational analysis of protein allostery which includes

  1. Search/prediction of latent/new allosteric sites
  2. Design of allosteric regulation in proteins of interest
  3. Allosteric drug development
  4. Allosteric effects of mutations
