The state-of-the-art Immunomonitoring (IM) platform hosted within the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN) boasts an integrated suite of capabilities including:

With applications in immune profiling, biomarker discovery, target identification, vaccine assessment, patient treatment stratification and clinical trial monitoring, the SIgN IM platform has more than 130 successful partnerships and over 1,164 scientific publications since 2007 (as of 2019).

Bioinformatics Scope includes:

1. High-Performance Computing for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis

Data analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data using in-house developed workflows utilizing best-of-breed computational methods. Quality control steps will be used to assess the data prior to analysis. Analysis of data to transform raw data into meaningful biological results.

2. Multi-modal analysis of biological data

Analysis of data from multiple heterogeneous sources to identify patterns and associations in the data.

3. Analysis for Single-cell RNAseq (scRNA-seq), Multiplex Immunohistochemistry & Mass/Flow Cytometry Data Analysis
