The Immunogenomics Platform provides comprehensive gene expression and sequencing services to profile immune responses at both bulk and single-cell resolution. Equipped and experienced in providing multi-platform support for single cell technologies including 10x Genomics, MGI DNBelab, BD Rhapsody, Parse Biosciences, and Scale Biosciences, the platform supports end-to-end workflows to meet different needs. We enable multi-omic integration across transcriptomics, immune repertoire, and epigenomics for deeper insights into immune function, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic response. Spatial transcriptomics via the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler and 10x Genomics Visium HD are also supported. |
Equipment in the SIgN Immunogenomics Platform includes the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 and Revvity LabChip GX Touch HT for nucleic acid fragment analysis, the 10x Genomics Chromium X Series, BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Analysis System and MGI DNBelab C-TaiM 4 for single cell multiomics, and the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler for spatial transcriptomics and proteomics. |
