  • Fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor cultivation of mammalian cell suspension in serum-free media
  • Manufacturing grade mammalian (e.g. CHO and HEK293) cell line development and cell engineering for monoclonal antibodies and other recombinant proteins
  • Established MS-based proteomics platform for protein quantification and ID, quality control analysis and therapeutic protein characterisation
  • Devised a distinctive comprehensive glycan analytical platform based on the MALDI-TOF and HPLC systems for N-and O-glycan profiling of recombinant glycoprotein drugs
