The Bioprocessing Technology Institute (BTI) spearheads innovative research in bioprocess science and engineering. Our interests lie in the application of advanced mass spectrometry to bio-analytical characterisation of biotherapeutic products and bioprocesses, as well as in food and nutrition applications.

Within the Bioprocess Omics Platform, we have three mass spectrometry (MS) teams of scientists specialising in:

  • Glycomics
  • Metabolomics, and
  • Proteomics

Our expertise and services are available to commercial organisations with similar research interests, such as biopharma, biotech, and food and consumer industrial entities. Academic entities are also welcome to explore opportunities for research collaboration with us.
